Charging Questions

First off,

I would like to say that I am very happy with my purchase of a Sansa 8gb Fuze.

But I have a few questions…

This player is going to be primarly for in car use and I will also be playing it alot through my Xbox 360.

Now when it is connected to a power source I.E. car lighter adapter, or Xbox 360 USB port, it is constantly charging. 

Most of the time, the player is already charged to its max or just about fully charged. 

Is this bad for the players battery?

The Fuze’s processor handles battery management automatically.  Unlike earlier designs, charging is actually halted when the battery is “full”.  You can plug in your Fuze 'till the cows come home, and it won’t hurt your battery.  Routine “topping off” is best for the lithium polymer battery.

So it is actually good for the player to re-charge or “top it off” it even tho its half way charged?
