I am new to this and need help, I bought a 32gb Cruzer Glide in order to transfer smart phone videos I loaded to my
PC of my grandson. My PC seems to be dying and a can only boot in safe mode so I am trying to salvage these
important videos. I have been dragging and drop video files but have run out of room in the window that I drag them
to for my flashdrive. I thought I must have filled it up but at the bottom of the page it says I have only used 57% of the
total space and I am confused. Thanks
It may be that the Flash Drive has a partition. But if your booting in safe mode I would try a different computer first.

Sorry thought the videos were on your phone. maybe you can do a back up to USB.

Does the window not have a scroll bar to the right that permits you to scroll down the window more? Are you using Windows Explorer to copy the files?
