Everytime i go into my Sansa Media Converter it reads that my ipod has no available space. When in fact i have about 4.62 GB. Plus when i press convert a message comes out saying that the program has encountered a problem and needs to close. At the bottom of the message it has three buttons: debug_send error report_don’t send. If i click any of those buttons the program closes automatically. I want to upload music videos, so does anyone have a solution to this problem?
