Cannot create a file when that file already exists

Version 2.4.10

Any thoughts on the “Files Not Backed Up” where the result is “Cannot create a file when that file already exists.” ?

With file versioning, that’s the point… the file changed therefore it should be backed up/versioned.

This seemed to have started after I grabbed the latest update.

Did you have the same issues when you had a previous version installed on the computer? Or is this the first time you are using WD Smartware.

I did not have this issue in previous releases.

I have been using WD SmartWare for some time now.
