Problem WD Smartware Pro - Files not backed up

Hello there. I have the version 2.4.16 from WD Smartware Pro and since the end of March when backing up, there are some files that the program doesn’t back up.

Some of them are bigger than 50mb, such as videos, some of them are small files.

What can I do to solve this problem?

Have you looked at the User Manual to find out what files it will back up and which ones it will not?

Yes, I have looked. The problem is that some of these files are videos with a size bigger than 50MB.

So are a lot of mine but I have never had a problem with them not backing up. I have and use SmartWare Pro doing Category backup twice a week on my desktop and I have never had a problem with my videos being backed up. Many of them over 50MB’s. See image below.
