After updating from V2.0 to V3.0 using a MAC (the original vault with my files were under Win…) I been unable to access the original vault even when I tried to access from the V2.0 version installed on my Windows machine somehow the password is not matching anymore. I did not changed the password at ALL, Unfortunatelly I have not made Back up using the tool in the Secure Access app, But I did saved all the files that where located in the usb drive in the app format before this issue happened.
MY QUESTION IS: how can I restore my vault, the files are there any help is welcome.

The SecureAccess app is not installed on the machines, it is installed on the flash drive. Thus when you updated it on one you have updated it on all.
I did saved all the files that where located in the usb drive in the app format
“in the app format” Not sure what that means. Hopefully it means you backed up all the files, in their normal formats. In which case delete everything on the drive and start fresh.
As for MAC format, Windows format, I’m not sure they can co-exist. I think it has to be one or the other but I could be wrong. Maybe someone with more experience can jump in.

Sorry it means I copy and pasted what was on the drive, :(, only a simple copy of what was encripted)

I guess that was what caused the issue somehow not sure.
