C250 still does not recognize WAV file and does not play back, recording sound play back is very low

Today I received the reply of my query of Sept 7 from  Mr. David Kumar, Sandisk Technical Support. Followed his instruction I formatted and updated my two Sansa C250.

a-     C250 with Version 01.01.07P remains as same 01.01.07P

b-     C250 with Version 01.00.04A changes to 01.01.07

However, the same problems remained as mentioned in my first report to Sandisk on Sept 07, 2011:

1- One of two C250 the microphone is damage, recording sound is extremely low when playing back the recording

2-     Two C250 still do not recognize WAV audio file copied onto them and of course do no play this file. During the copying process the same message appears as follows:

“THE FILE  MAY BE COPIED TO THE DEVICE STORAGE OR TRANSPORT USE ONLY. IT IS NOT SUPPORTED FOR USE ON THE DEVICE ITSELF. IF POSSIBLE, USE A MEDIA PROGRAM THAT CAN CONVERT THE FILE BEFORE COPYING. IF YOU COPY THE FILE NOW, IT WILL BE STORED ON THE DEVICE, BUT MAY NOT BE PRESENTED IN THE DEVICE USER INTERFACE”

Please help!

I wish Sandisk would authorize a repair before one year expired on Oct 13, 2011
