Did full format on my Ultra USB 3.0 128 GB thumb drivel but format “locked up”. Tried to run format again but couldn’t. Tried running a “quick format” but couldn’t do that either. Every time, it had the regular notification that all data would be erased and I then pressed OK. I would then receive a message that the disk is write protected.
Tried removing write protection using several methods described in Google and Duck Duck Go to no avail. hope someone can help me reformat this drive

Tried going to the website but couldn’t locate any help on my device. The 1st page never loads completely and if l ask a question, it replies that it could not find any references. Couldn’t find how to ope a “support case”.
