brand new sandisk 16 GB pen drive does not detect in some PC

HI , I bought sandisk 16GB pendrive through flipkart. After inserting into USB port of my PC. I can see a drive with drive letter. When i click it … it is empty . When i try to copy some files it says "Could not find this item  removable disk " . It is detected in other systems.

I did the following  but still its not working

  1. i tried by changing the drive letter paths … 

  2. IN device manager, uninstalled  and scaned fro hardware changes …  

I have other pendirve which is detected, but only sandisk is not getting detected … i am pissed off.

Please tell me what should i do. ?
