About the warranty services

Hello guys, im shahir from Malaysia.

Regarding to my EXTERNAL HARDISK (My Passport Ultra). The warranty is still valid 28/11/2017 but the status is out of region or in other explanation is (Product is outside the region where it was originally shipped). So i want to ask 1 question. If something happen to my Hardisk let say damage or anything, can I claim the warranty at WD Malaysia branch?

You will be able toget in touch with support in Malaysia and they will assist you, however I recommend you to  contact support at the earliest o have that sorted out.
