I just purchased A Sandisk Ultra 32GB Flash Drive. What is the process to register your product. Is it mandatroy to register the product if at all ? I tried creating an account herebut every-time it shows a strange error mentioned below

Right now I am stuck , and honestly the whole sandisk website does not look user friendly at all.
I’m not sure you have to register the drive.
