Alrighty, this is how it goes down. I’ve owned this c150 for about a year and a half, and haven’t had any major problems with it. Well, recently, I wanted to completely delete all music files from the device, because I wanted to load all my Christmas music onto it. 
I did this, but when I turned it on after deleting everything, I realized that there were still 109 songs on the player. Perplexed, I reconnected it to my laptop, and it did not read any music files. I reconnected it to another computer, and there was still no reading. Yet these same 109 songs remain on the player. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Like, is there a way to hard reset so that all files are deleted, or something like that? Please help, and thank you!
NEVER MIND! I just watched the very helpful how-to video on how to format, then did it. I now have 0 songs! Victory is mine!
