A brand new sansa

Hello

i have a sansa clip 4 Go

i bought a micro sdhc samsung 32 Go

can i use it with the sansa clip ?

sansa updater 1.406 do not find anything to update

when the sans clip is connected

does it mean the sansa clip is updated ?

there is no music on the sansa clip yet

but already 211 Mo are used : 3.44Go are free

it seems i cannot use rhapsody cos i’m in France

what can i use instead ?

Clip Zip? Yes.

Clip+? Yes.

Original Clip (round scroll wheel)? No (no SD card slot).

Not necessarily. If you already have the latest firmware, the Updater will not do anything. You can check what version of firmware is on the player by going into Settings > System Settings > Info on the player and comparing the version # with the latest firmware for the player posted in the Firmware Thread here on the forum.

All players come with some sample music on them. Additionally, some memory space is reserved for the firmware and operating system.

Do you have any CD’s you can rip and convert to .mp3 format? Othewise, you can probably purchase and download tracks from Amazon, or other legal music downloading websites in your area.

On top of that, there are actually some sites onine that provide free conversion from to mp3 for just some advertisements. Just search “mp3 online convert”.
