Suerte.

Saludos, Alfred.

Dear User

As other memory cards running on your mobile, verify that the same accept the new 64GB cards, which are SDXC (Extended Capacity). See if the phone has this logo, or in the manual.
Remember that 4GB to 32GB are SDHC (High Capacity).

Assuming your mobile, if have the SDXC logo, then we will:

1 - Please, first of all, clean the pins on the card with isopropyl alcohol (or common) . Then see if it works.

2 - If not, we continue: Place the SDXC card in a laptop (or more), directly to its port, with a good adapter (NOT a card reader, eye).

3 - Make Backup the content, and save it elsewhere.

4 - In the icon of card , click by right mouse button, then use / Properties / Tools / Error Checking.

Luck.

Suerte.
