32gb won't show up on my phone or computer

I recently had bought a 32gb micro sd card and when I inserted it into my phone it didn’t mount or any thing so i removed it from my phone and inserted it into the adapter and put it into the slot on my laptop and and it still didn’t show up … . After that i removed it from the adapter and inserted my 16gb micro sd card that i have been using and inserted it into my laptop and it showed up right away …I’d there anyway anyone can help

Probably ought to return it to where you bought it from and get another or call SanDisk directly. :wink:
