32gb Sandisk Ultra showing only 67.1 mb

I recently purchased a Sandisk Ultra 32GB usb drive.

I put it into my computer, but instead of registering as a 32gb drive, it only registers as a 67.1 mb drive.

Any clue as to how to fix this?

I tried to format the drive, but it just took a few hours and didn’t do anything.
