16GB Ultra Flair only 10mb/s Write Speed Normal?

Is this just yet another typical super slow Sandisk USB drive or should it write faster than 10mb/s. My Ultra Fit is only about 20mb/s which is another piece of ■■■■.  My Extreme 64GB is the only drive that performs as it should and is worth having.
