I have a 128GB ultra sandisk SD card used on my main phone (poco) the first time I buy the card, but because my main phone break I decided to plug and uses the SD card onto my old oppo phone instead.
and now when I tried to plug it onto my main phone back, its needed to be formatted, the SD card works fine on my old oppo phone but why did it suddenly need to be formatted? it’s the only one I had and I can’t even check what’s wrong with it because I don’t have a PC.

The SD card might have been formatted differently on your old Oppo phone, making it incompatible with your Poco phone. To fix this, try backing up your data on the Oppo phone, then reformat the SD card to a compatible file system (like FAT32 or exFAT). If you don’t have a PC, you could ask a friend to help you back up and reformat the card. After that, it should work fine on your Poco phone.
