Hi,
I have just purchased one of your usb sticks (SanDisk SDCZ33-016G-B35 16GB Cruzer Fit USB 2.0 Flash Drive). I have only had the stick a week and it is now stuck in read only mode. Nothing I do seems to resolve this and the stick has now become completely unsuable.
Please kindly tell me how I can rectify this issue or go about obtaining a replacement.

Return it. Either go back to the dealer or store you got it from, or contact SanDisk directly for a warranty replacement.
Just a tip . . . whomever you bought it from is likely to be able to replace it quicker than dealing with SanDisk.
Unfortunately, this is already a dead stick and I hope that it’s still under warranty.

Given that the OP stated he “just” bought it, I think we can safely assume it is still under warranty.
