When my computer [Vista Home Premium] crashed I felt happy in the thought that it was all backed up on my Passport Essential. Despite numerous attempts, the most I’ve been able to retrieve is a bit of Windows Mail and I have no idea how to restore THAT. Their video shows how to set it to retrieve - am I to expect that I’d find everything where it was pre-crash?
I now have a serious problem and though I’m talking to the WD support, nothing has progressed yet.
I’d love some input on this,
