I have a Cruzer Glide flash drive (16G) with SecureAccess v.2, and I had used it on my computer for almost a year now with no problems other than the occasional crash. Just today, I open my vault and it prompts me to create a new password, which has never happened before. I use my old password, but when I open my vault all of my files are gone! I have crucial files I was going to back-up on there and I can’t access them now.
Essentially, I want to find out what just happened and if I can recover my files. Can anyone please help me with this?
