Wdbrpg0010bnc-wrsn isn't seen by Dashboard

I have a wdbrpg0010bnc-wrsn which Windows 10 is booted from. It doesn’t show up in the drive list in Dashboard. I have two internal WD hard drives, an external WD Easy Store 14TB (USB3), and two internal Hitachi drives that Dashboard sees.

Dashboard is also ignoring a pair of external 4TB drives connected by USB3, and a hard drive connected by USB 2.0.

I want to see if there’s a firmware update for the wdbrpg0010bnc-wrsn but that’s a bit difficult since Western Digital’s own software ignores that the drive is there.

Not a helpful answer because the utility for checking for firmware updates and installing them DOES NOT SEE MY Wdbrpg0010bnc-wrsn WD_BLACK SN750 NVMe drive.
