WD dashboard does not find device

So I tried the dashboard and got a no device found. Tried updating as there was an update. Same results. The error message includes a suggestion to generate an error report and email to the support team. I am attaching the error report. I guess not because the file format for the report is not permitted by the upload process. Any suggestions on the problem or how to upload the report are appreciated.

The drive is a WDS100T2BOA

IF it is connected by USB adapter/case, dashboard may not see it as the USB connection might have renamed the drive.
OR
You might need to initialize the drive in Windows and maybe format it and then open dashboard and see if it can find it.
