I am confused. I tried to reach login as user, using wd2go.com and login details. Then I saw my MyBookLiveDuo, but clicking on it brought me to the internet site http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/index.html ???!!! Has anybody ever had this before and/or have a way to solve this?
This is a common issue, this means you either have a corrupted copy of Java running on your computer, or you need to update the Java to the latest version by going to www.java.com You can also check to make sure you do not have the java plug-ins disabled on your web browser.
