backed up - religously- only to have the drive to fail back at re-install.

all data was lost

Now I lost 400 GB of data.

I will never, never, never buy one of you products AGAIN.

Let me add that I also purchased a 2TRB for my wife’s laptop.

in the garbage it goes

my passport has stopped working to.

It opens, asks password, says it is unblocked, but does not open the units with my data.
