WD SN850X 4GB S.M.A.R.T Bad health status indication.

I installed an SN850X 4GB in a Dell XPS 15 9510 about 2.5 years ago.
I irregularly check the health with CrystalDiskInfo.

This morning the Health Status was Bad
S.M.A.R.T ID 1 has a value of 4, what does this value mean ?

What does this indicate?
I assume that I need to get a new NVME asap to rescue the data.
Is it covered by the 5 year warranty?

I suggest a USB hard disk to be able to backup using 7-zip or file history etc
