How to fix it?
WD data life guard only supports HDD. It will not work for the SSD products.
What driver do you have installed for the NVMe drive? IIRC only the native microsoft driver in windows 10 supports SMART. If you have the Intel IRST driver it will not pass the SMART info to the tool.
