I currently had to reset my laptop to the factory settings and when I plugged in my My Passport into my laptop after the reset to transfer all my files back, I had to do it manually because I couldn’t find a way to get WD Smartware back onto my computer. I was able to download WD Drive Utilities from the WD website, but I can’t find any way to get Smartware back onto my computer. Can anyone help?
