i have installed my cloud and got sync working between my mobile devices and the cloud.
i have installed WD quick view and WD smartware but they are not showing My cloud
what is wrong?
I am using XP.
Make sure UPnP is enabled on the Operating System.
Also, check if the firewall or internet security is blocking the software.
