My WD 1 TB passport is not detected. It is within the warranty period. Can data recovery be done? Can it be replaced? Please Reply

If the unit stills under warranty, I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t be able to replace the unit.

data would need to be recovered either by partner or another 3rd party service provider.
If your drive is not getting detected by your computer most likely the problem is above capabilities of DR software.
