Recently, I was transferring a file to my external harddrive and I accidently knocked it off of the usb cable. Windows explorer froze for a second and know when I try to access my external harddrive, I get this message
Usually the drive is recognized as “My Passport: External Harddrive” but now it is recognized as “Local Drive I:”
Is there anyway to save the harddrive without formating it?
