My WD drive has decided to no longer ‘mount’ on my Mac ‘Disk Utilities’ page, instead I just receive an error message.
I went to the Apple store, and they assured me it was the hard drive not my 2019 Mac. They told me it has corrupted and I can’t retrieve anything…
has anyone else had this problem? I’ve lost a lot of work.
My drive is also only about a year old.
Please help if you’ve also had the same problem!
