WD MyPassport Ultra problems

I am having problems with my WD My Passport Ultra.

When i connect to PC (Windows 10) I can find the device in device manager and devices and printers. Though if i go to my computer i cannot find it to access the folders within the Passport. I have many pictures and movies on the device, they can viewed or played if i plug device into one of my TVs or even my Router. But for some reason cannot seem to view, add, edit files or movies when connected to PC.

It is possible the partition is corrupted and the computer is unable to read the files.

I recommend you try formatting the drive so you can use it again. However, formatting the drive will delete all data stored in it.

If you wish to recover your data I recommend you try a data recovery software before formatting.
