Hello WD team I have bought a Mybook from futureshop but I was wondering is there any way I can connect it to my home router or would I need to buy a my cloud/ my live? and whats the differences between the cloud and the mybook live?
Hello coolmark1995, welcome to the WD Community. Some routers allow you to connect USB drives directly to them so they can be shared on your network, but this is not supported. You can view the differences between the My Book Live and My Cloud on the following links.
