I purchased this unit as an external drive to store when and what I wanted. Can I uninstall the software and still use it just as an external drive? I’ve read some comments and worry that I may not be able to find the unit on my computer if I do uninstall software. I’m a novice and need explicit directions on the uninstall and then the use without software.
