WD My Passport Ultra Poor communication

I have WD My Passport Ultra all of sudden it started behaving transfer very slow. it will take ages to transfer 5MB file.
can some body help me

Hello,

Try replacing the USB cable. You can also run a diagnostic using WD DLG.
