Unfortunately I dropped my WD harddisk and hit the floor. Now it is not working and I have important data in it also. I do not know what to do . Please help me out

I don’t like to give bad news but if the drive was dropped in the floor may have phisycal damage, my recommendation is to the drive to a data recovery company if you really want to recover your data on the drive.-
