I cleaned my portable drive out and now can’t re-install. I used to have real time update. Can anyone help please?
If you were using smartware to backup your files, you only need to download and install it again. Check the link below.

I tried that thank you. When I try to open WD Quick View I get “The application has encountered an unexpected error and is now closing”
WD Smartware will not open.
The actual Portable drive can be used as an ordinary USB drive.
