WD My Passport Essential doesn't work at all

Hello,

I have Western Digital WDMES3200TE My Passport Essential 320GB that doesn’t work at all.

When Im connecting him to my PC there is LED turn on but my PC does not recoginze him at all and any other computer that I tried to connect.

The thing is he didn’t make any noise which is very weird.

What you suggest me to do?

My warranty is end is last September.

Hello,

Check on the disk management of your computer to see if the drive shows there… and what’s the status of the drive?
