i have a wd my passport 3.0 320 gb it stop working and it ask me to fotmat it but i need the data when i decided to format the hard also not working and ican open the hard with hd tune the brogram stop working until i unplug the usb caple have any one have any idea how to fix this proplem
Hi, be sure to connect the USB cable directly to the computer, you can also try using another USB cable. To recover your files you can use recuva or testdisk, if that doesn’t work there is not a lot you can do.
thanx you man but it doesnot work with me i cant open any program with attchaing the hard the program not work until unplug the hard
