My WD Hard disk was showing wrong storage like 31GB instead of 1TB. I tried with all options like format and Virus scan etc…
So Can i eligible for replacement or what?

It is possible that the remaining space on your hard drive has become “Unallocated,” which is why you only see 31GB in “This PC.” “Unallocated” space does not appear in “This PC” (or “My Computer”); it is only visible using specialized tools like “Disk Management.”
