I have a 1TB USB External Hard Drive I normally back up to but this time using windows 7 I can not format the HD and when it does half way thru the norton backup it says I have to format the HD again. Is there any fireware or software I need for my WD USB drive that will allow me to format this drive completely and no have any more problem
Make sure to test this drive as it could be having corruption issues.
