I'm unable to format my 1TB hard drive

I tried to format my 1 TB WD hard drive. Its not done. Now I could not access my hard drive. Even its not formatting. It shows windows couldn’t format malware infected. And the message in the task-bar is USB device not recognized. Please help me to format my hard drive.

Try writing zeros using WD DLG then try formatting it.

I tried this,earlier also. But in the 3rd step NEW SPANNED VOLUME is not highlight. I couldn’t select it.
