Dear Team

Greetings. I’m having WD Passport - External Drive which worked very fine before I use a recovery software but its not even letting me open the Drive after I tried to recover some deleted data by a recovery software called EASEUS. But I’m very sure nothing went wrong during recovery but it got struck at the mid of operation. Thereafter, when the drive is connected is the light is flashing and getting the password but stays at the same window of autorun. Again If I try to reconnect same happens. I have nearly 400/500 GB data. Could you please help me to recover just some project file and drive to function as before.I’m very sure the drive was fine before. Please guide me Geneious.

Hello,

I recommend you try a different data recovery software. If this does not work then you should try a data recovery company.

Hi Thanks but I guess my question was understood wrongly.

  1. The drive was working good and manually I deleted some files afterwards thought those files are needed for some other reference so used a trial version EASEUS software to try to get those files.
    2.Only after I used above software the hard drive has stopped functioning. Here is the situation I’m looking for some help.
