I live in New Zealand and am unable to purchase the smartware for my WD Elements. I purchased the drive in New Zealand so this is extremely frustrating. What do I do when the software runs out in three days!!
You can use the hard drive like a regular external hard drive for copy/paste file management operations. You can also use another backup software utility of your preference or even Windows Backup in the control panel.
