WD Elements is not detected by WD Security and WD Drive utilities

I have a Wd Elements 2TB which is detected by my PC and WD Quick View ,
but when it comes to WD Security and WD Drive utilities it says “Attach a supported WD drive”.
i have a WD passport ultra too which is working with WD Security and WD Drive utilities .
i’ve checked the cables and its updated to latest firmware , i’ve also tried re-installing the software , but
can anyone help me!

Hello,

WD Secutiry and WD Drive utilities are not supported with the WD Elements.

These software only support drives that come with them included.
