i bought a new wd elements 3tb hdd, previously i was using my passport pro, and with that i was able
to use wd quick view, but with elements i’m using windows’ own safely remove , when i do that ,
disc stops all vibrations stops, but the light keeps blinking slowly ( i guess system standby ), while
using wd quick view with my passport it was going off completely, now i feel like it is not very healthy to plug it off while light is still on.
so is it normal to plug it off while the light is blinking slowly or any advice to make it go off completely,
