Wd desktop 1tb decided to not work blinking light / Drive spins / does not detect

So I have a WDBAAU001OHBK-01 Wd desktop 1tb drive. it started a few days ago. I am not sure what could be the problem. Its either the usb connection, The harddive is fried, Wrong power cord or something else i am not sure of. Its highly plausible that someone used the wrong power cord, if thats the case the 2 possible culprits is the asian power device adapter thats used with seagate or there is a problem with the ktech ac adatper. If its not fixable at home, is there a place where i can get it fixed, and if its not fixable there, can the data be saved?

Come on please, can anyone help me on this?

Not sure about a place to fix it

if you try another cable and does not work we suggest to contact a data recovery company

make sure to try a different USB cable and check if the drive shows on disk utility

if it does you can use a recovery app

I did try other Usb’s still same thing, the interesting thing I did realised is that when I plug the power in without plugging the usb to the computer, the light flashes and nothing happens. But when I plug the usb to the computer than the drive starts to spin and the light just blinks. Even when i unplugged the usb the light continues to blink. What does the blinking light mean?
