Hi,

I have the WD Cavier Green 1TB external, and yesterday I had an accident and my disc dropped, of course because of the cover she had and in addition to the vibration, it was nothing serious

However, since that time, the disk does not work, the computer does not recognize it, and even two computers I tested

Also, the disk is still “flashing the white light” from the time it goes into the power supply. Continuity and continuity

I have tried many things but without any luck
