WD_BLACK SN750 slow speeds --> avertised up to 3430MB/s getting 900MB/s Maximum at peak

i would like to understand what im doing wrong on my pc

i have a z390 motherboard with an I7 8600K and i dont get the advertised speeds while reading from the drive, let alone writing lol

can you help me ?
